Goodbye Gratitude Challenge - Day 218:16:00 PM
I actually skipped the part where I blog about every feeling or sensation I have because that is not the main point of the whole experience. I chose to keep to myself everything I had to say and instead, I wrote them down on a piece of paper.
This challenge is relieving me from stress and sadness. Also, I'd like to at least give you a quick overview of the challenge as a whole, a.k.a, DAY 21.
DAY 21 - REFLECT ON THE 21 DAYS OF THE GRATITUDE CHALLENGE AND WHAT IT MEANT TO YOU.
Are you aware of the things that happen around you? Are you aware that that person that's always here for you, might not be there for too long? Do you ever take things for granted and then get disappointed when they disappear? Do you ever feel ungrateful but you can't seem to change it? Are always needy for things? Are you never satisfied?
'Cause I am that kind of person. I don't really notice when I have things on me, but when I don't, let me tell you, I notice. I never notice that the shiny sun in the bright day can be so useful to me and that it won't always be there. I don't learn to enjoy things when they happen, I just learn to wait for better things eager to taste life while I could be tasting so much more of it right now.
The Gratitude Challenge, again, is an excellent experience, that helped me reach out to everything I own and have in my life, all the things I've had in my past and all the things I could and could not have in the future. I have to admit, that after the 21-days I spent, The Gratitude Challenge helped me notice everything more and more and be thankful for what I have.
This is a Goodbye to THE GRATITUDE CHALLENGE but it is a hello to the GRATITUDE LIFESTYLE,
