The Perks of a Morning Jog/Walk

Hey Guys!
Hope you're all doing well. I've been trying to get a running buddy for ages now. Truth is, I'd love to wake up earlier than I already do and kick start a day with a fresh walk or jog. 

I've been thinking about starting to do this as a morning routine. I can already expect the benefits of an early run. And I had the chance of watching them all before my eyes a year ago.

Summer 2014 was pretty active for me. I used to wake up early and run at least three times a week and I felt more alive than ever. Here are some things that were the most useful. 

#1 - More energy for the rest of the day.

When you jog in the morning, your self conscience will itself make you feel better and ready to whatever the day has to offer. You'll be in too good of a mood to even let negativity bring you down.

#2 - Witness sights you'd never seen.

Waking up earlier and actually leaving the house means you get to see the world in the most unique way possible. The sunrise is always an amazing view to watch for your whole day to be better. 

#3 - Fresh air and quiet.

Besides watching the world be beautiful, you get to feel it, breathe it and listen to it.
This does seem like a Yoga mantra, and that's probably for the better. Your whole mind will be filled with positivism and quiet will let you sense the world in its most vulnerable state. 

#4 - Workout done, more time to live. 

If you jog in the morning, the 'I didn't workout today' thought won't cross your mind. If you don't have these kind of thoughts, then the 'I should start a diet' thoughts won't cross your mind either.
Now, if you don't have any of these thoughts, you're probably just blessed with a very healthy, very well-built body. (I hate you.)

#5 - Wellness and fulfillment

As I was going through this post, I found this picture of a stairway to heaven. As a very slow person that I am, I just now got the idea of 'stairway to heaven, highway to hell'. Now if you're looking to succeed and looking for happiness like I guess, most people should be doing, you'll probably want something to keep you motivated.
Run everyday. I swear, it will only make you want to run more.

Now let's see.
