3 Steps To A Confident Day

As I am on the look-out for a job, it came to my attention how scared I am to actually get one. This is not a joke anymore. It's not me who's in control. 
If I do get a job, I will have responsibilities, I will be tested, I might fail. I might not be good.
It's scary as shit.

But on the bright side, I keep my positive vibes at all times and try to look at the cup half full.
And around that challenge, I realized how important it is to believe in yourself and to make sure you are always the best version of you there is. 

Here are 3 steps that can make you get in a great mood and conquer all.

1. Taking Care Of Your Hygiene - 
Shower in the morning. Put your creams on. Apply good make-up. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Eat your greens. 
Basically, make sure your body is clean, inside out.

2. Power Pose - 
Stand in front of a mirror and practice your power pose. Make sure, your back is straight, your eyes are fiercely looking into your eyes. You can sprinkle it with a wink. But don't get kinky with yourself, that's weird. 

3. Sing & Laugh - 
Do you know about laughing yoga? It's torture. I don't want you to do it. But instead, learn as much as you can from it. Laugh on silly things and sing at the top of your lungs. When you take life less seriously, it's crazy how your confidence will boost up.
